For residential garages, Charlotte Pro Coating offers a limited lifetime warranty for up to 3000 square feet of floor coating materials. This warranty covers:
- Hot tire markings or stains from oil, transmission fluid, radiator fluid, diesel, or gasoline spills if cleaned within 20 minutes, covered for ten (10) years.
- Lifetime Peeling or delamination from the concrete as long as the original purchaser owns the home.
Commercial or Industrial Buildings:
Charlotte Pro Coating stands behind its work with a limited warranty for up to 3000 square feet of floor coating materials installed in commercial or industrial buildings. This warranty lasts for two (2) years after completion and covers:
- Stains from oil, transmission fluid, radiator fluid, diesel, or gasoline spills if cleaned within 20 minutes.
- Peeling or delamination from the concrete.
Exterior Surfaces:
Charlotte Pro Coating provides a limited warranty on up to 3000 square feet of floor coating materials applied to exterior surfaces. The warranty lasts for two (2) years and covers:
- Stains from oil, transmission fluid, radiator fluid, diesel, or gasoline spills if cleaned within 20 minutes.
- Peeling or delamination from the concrete.
Exclusions:
Exclusions include normal wear and tear, extreme temperatures, misuse, neglect, or abuse. The warranty does not cover damages from industrial fluid spills, accidents, or natural disasters.
